Full charge will be made for cancellation less than 24h.

Booking must be made  and confirmed in advance by telephone or email at least 24 hours before departure, immediate booking is possible depending on the  availability.

Every effort is made  to get the passenger to the destination in good time. ECB will not  accept any liability for missed flights / sailings due to traffic delays  through accidents, traffic jams, breakdowns or anything else that could  not be anticipated.
