Every effort is made to get the passenger to the destination in good time. ECB will not accept any liability for missed flights / sailings due to traffic delays through accidents, traffic jams, breakdowns or anything else that could not be anticipated.
All luggage carried by ECB is at the customers own risk. ECB accept no liability for damaged or lost property. Booking must be made and confirmed in advance by telephone or email.
All payments must be made in advance by credit card or BACS. Cash payments must be made on conclusion of your journey. Confirmation for credit card or BACS payments will be emailed to the hirer once the payment has been received. Receipts for cash payments will be given at the end of the journey, if required.
Any cancellation made outside 48 hours before the journey will be entitled to a full refund, less any handling charge for credit card payments.
- If the hirer cancels between 48 and 24 hours of the hire, they will only be entitled to a refund or charged of 50% of the total fare.
- If it is cancelled within 24 hours, then the full charge will apply
Anybody who is not at the arranged pick up point will be charged.
ECB offer 1 hour waiting time after the flight has landed or 30 minutes any other pickup locations. After waiting time you will be charged £20 per hour.
The amount of luggage must be agreed at the time of booking. The driver is not allowed to take excessive luggage if it overloads the vehicle. The drive may refuse to take any extra luggage not previously agreed.
The driver may refuse to transport any passengers under the influence of excessive alcohol or drugs.
The hirer will be responsible for any damage they or their party may cause to the vehicle. The hirer may also be charged valeting fees if the vehicle is left in an unsuitable condition.
Passengers must seat belts by law at all times
The consumption of food and drink in the vehicle is prohibited.
The driver will make every effort to arrive at the arranged pick up point punctually. However, ECB shall not be liable for any losses resulting from late or non arrival at the agreed pick up point, due to traffic problems, mechanical breakdown, adverse weather or any other circumstances beyond its control.
ECB will regularly check airport / sea port arrivals for any delays or cancellations. This will avoid any wasted waiting time for the driver. No extra charges will be made for flight or sailing delays.
In case of flight diversion to other airport we will proceed to new pickup if earlier agreed with client.
ECB will use their own vehicles, however, in an emergency reserve the right to use a third party.
The hirer will be emailed details of the journey. It is the hirer's responsibility to check that the ppy to help you with any queries you may have, including prices, facilities on offer, access concerns or anything that may be on your mind.
